Examples of Event Planning,
& Musician Commissions/Colabs
"Portal Fishing" (Event, Concert, & Art Exhibition, 2023): Residence-As-Venue (house show) multimedia showcase put together by the Favored Channels Art Collective. My role in this project was in booking musicians + visual artists and in facilitating art dropoff, pickup, & installation safely onto our walls (all of this I had a major hand in but worked collaboratively alongside the contributions of my peers). I also was co-creator of a collaborative zine, made using risography, that contained submissions from 15 artists which I then formatted and printed alongside help from Sara Roma. The Zine was made to coincide with the theme of the exhibition and assisted to raise funds that supported affordability of our material needs. Poster design by the talented Sara Roma.
Visuals of the Event can be found on the Favored Channels instagram page, Here's a highlight reel from the event: *click here*.

"Infinite Hellscape" (Music Festival, 2022 & 2024): Infinite Hellscape is a 3-day music festival located in West Texas that aims to merge cultures between Austin and West Tex. musicians in order to increase a state-wide sense of artist community. My role in Infinite Hellscape is as an auxiliary support regarding visual art production and integration. In the first year I produced 2 posters + a T-Shirt, & in the second year I produced a collaborative zine... Creation of the zine consisted of facilitating a wide open-call for photos, art, and writing that could be submitted by attendee's of the 2022 fest and then collaging them into a cohesive and engaging book chronicling the importance of our independent music scene.

"Best Guest: A Variety Talk Show" (Live Radioshow, 2023) : Best Guest was a radio show that I produced on KVRX 91.7 FM Austin, which is a station run by students at the University of Texas at Austin. I produced this show independently and it was a labor of love. I was thinking about FM radio as a medium-- and as one that is extremely rare to have access to. I was thinking about all of the many talented + intelligent people I admired and that I wanted to build a space for their voices to be heard. By the time I finished production of this series I had hosted 41 voices upon the airwaves. All booking, scheduling, communication, etc. necessary to make this project successful I did by myself. All posters made by me.
Documentation of the episodes can be found in the form of a highlight reel on my instagram that contains clips from most of the episodes: *click here*... many of the episodes did get recorded but need editing which I have not found time for. They might eventually get released in the form of podcasts but who knows!
"Vibrational Encounters" (Art Exhibition, 2023): Curation was done independently, Installation was done collaboratively.
"Manor House Pop-Up" (Event, Concert, Art Exhibition 2022): Residence-As-Venue (house show) multimedia showcase. I put this project together semi-independently with a lot of secondary support from my wonderful friends and collaborators. I did the booking, communication, organization (who what when where), and most of the installation. Posters (above) on the left was designed by Alex Peterson AKA Spirit Research and on the right was designed by Nick Stout. Stage design was assisted by Em Gibson.
